I loved all the services for seven days I spent here. I have never been to Tanzania before, I had a wonderful experience. Without exaggeration, it is like having a family in Moshi, where you feel safe, treated very well, meticulously clean and quiet room, and many more. The hotel manager, Mr Walter, is very helpful and caring man, he's like big brother making sure everything you need is addressed. On my arrival, he brought a cool nice juice, saying karibu i.e. welcome. I needed to go to barber early next morning before going to business meeting, he took me by hotel transport to the barber and waited for me there, then get to the work place with me. After I finished my work day, I wanted transport back to the hotel and arranged that also. Wanted to buy something in town, he went with me showed me around and then back to hotel. They have great range of delicious food, I loved French fries, so many fruits , ugali, etc. All great service for me through out the week. Overall I recommend Neneu for anyone travelling to Moshi for short or long trips. You will never regret staying here, when you meet Walter, just ask for anything you wanted!!!

Honestly, there was nothing I did like except that it was a bit rainy few mornings.

Breakfast was served as if they were hosting a large party even though it was just me.

Prior to arrival Walter the host was very accommodating and gave me lots of information on the room, hotel and location. Walter is here throughout the day and night with advice and help. On arrival Walter was here to welcome me with a cold drink and a briefing on the hotel. The room is excellent. Breakfast and evening meal are very good and rooms are very clean and cleaned daily. An A/C, WiFi, hot water and shower. En-suite. The hotel itself is an oasis. You come off the main road onto a mud track but once through the hotel gates the hotel is fantastic. On arrival Walter will help with anything. He took me shopping and showed me the main attractions of Moshi. This service was fantastic for Africa.

We had a great time. We love the breakfast. I need to say we will book it again. So we will continue our travel trough Tanzania.

I liked the staff. Very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. I really appreciate that.

Old amenities. AC was not working, no hot water in my room, Rooms especially bathroom do not have enough natural light and air coming in. Sockets too far it needs an update. No full length mirror I also was required to pay more than what was shown in the app. The app showed me 114 usd they required me to pay 156 usd for six nights 😒😒😒 I was really gutted by this.

for reference my friend and I booked for our medical elective in KCMC absolutely everything! from the host to the facilities, the food provided for us... everything was just as expected or better! the rooms themselves are quite comfy and relatively spacious. they're arranged in a way that each room is essentially its own little house. there's no kitchen but trust me you won't be needing one. they provide a free breakfast and a cheap BUT absolutely delicious dinner. now: the staff and host. let me start by telling you that the hospitality here is unmatched! the host is so accommodating, helpful and extremely genuine. he took us around town to give us a tour, helped us get a SIM card to use for our stay, and helped us with our placement organisation! this was so much more than I would have ever expected I can't rate this place 11/10 but damn it deserves it. I'm definitely going to be returning in the future and couldn't recommend this place more.
