Knézits Spacious AC Terrace Free Parking

Veoma prostran apartman, cist. Blizu su restoran i radnje. Jedina mana po meni je udaljenost parkinga. Mi smo imali srece sto smo bili za vikend, pa se parking na ulici nije placao. Ovo bi mogao da bude bitan podatak npr za roditelje sa malom decom.

Appartamento molto confortevole, ottima anche la posizione

The accommodation itself is excellent. The apartment is spacious, very clean, and well equipped. We experienced an issue with the heating that was not resolved during our stay. There appears to be a problem with the thermostat. We used the air conditioning for heating instead. It works, although it is not very warm, and the apartment would have been more comfortable if the thermostat issue had been fixed. Another issue occurred during our stay: a bag was stolen and, as a result, we lost the apartment key. For several hours we did not have access to the accommodation, nor the staff replied to our messages, after which the situation was resolved. According to the explanation we received, the lock needed to be changed. However, in practice, a spare key was placed in the key box, and no lock was replaced. The charge for this was 150 EUR. We kindly requested an invoice for this service, but 3 working days passed and we still haven’t received one. Overall, the apartment itself is of high quality, but these issues negatively affected the experience.

The house is big for 4 of us, however the entry of the unit is a bit confuse especially the first outside big door to enter the walk way. We didn't know it was a push door (need some strength to push it to open). I think host can do a video too like how the carpark video, so that it will be smooth for guest.

the heater of the house has been locked, the heat can be only up to 23c and it will be auto stop for hours. Besides the 4-5 hours heater is working that keep us warm, most of the time we are feeling cold inside the house.

Bardzo wygodne łóżka, bardzo dobra lokalizacja, cicho, rolety w oknach dobrze izolowały od hałasu i światła. Było bardzo przyjemnie. Tylko garaż mógłby być bliżej bo po paru dniach zwiedzania i z walizkami trochę się zmęczyliśmy 😳
