Knézits Spacious AC Terrace Free Parking

Apartament spațios, am fost 6 persoane și am încăput lejer. La proprietate se poate duce și animăluț de companie, ceea ce nouă ne-a fost un plus.

Close to the center, it was clean.

It was very cold inside, and the air conditioning heated only the living room. The communication was very bad, the policy is to communicate only on booking chat but there no one resolve your problem. When I wrote to the host on whatsapp, he was so offended. Avoid this accommodation!

I liked spacious rooms

I didn't like that the parking was 10 minute walk from the apartment

- Location, very close to metro and city center. - The structure of the apartment has very much unused potential. - Silence at night. - Spacious kids-play-area.

- Free Parking is free but almost 1km away from the accommodation. This wouldn't necessarily be a problem if we knew in advance. - The apartment was extremely dirty. There were no slippers available except for one dirty pair. We couldn't walk barefoot. No proof of vacuuming or mopping. (See attached photo, our sons socks after 10 minutes of exploring the apartment) - Numerous places in bathroom where you can find mold growings. - Few toiletries (half a bottle of liquid soap and a leftover shower gel). - Very old and smelly bath towels. - Microwave, coffee machine and hob do not work. - Internet not working, thus also not accessible TV. We are very understanding of different challenges and repairs that need to be atended to in the accommodation business. However when the host doesn't reply to any of your needs it is disappointing and proves a big lack of respect towards guests who pay for a service. The only time when the host replied was when we were on the way to the apartment and we couldn't find the parking. Then he stopped replying to all of our messages. Overall it was very disheartening because the apartment had from the pictures a great potential.

The apartment is very spacious and quite cozy. It has 2 separate rooms with double beds, and one double bed in the shared room. The location is overall nice and safe; not far from the center, supermarkets, cafes, etc.

1. The kitchen is nice, but the provided cookware (pots and pans) is old and not in the best shape. 2. There were two coffee makers - a drip coffee maker and a small espresso machine, but none of them was usable. The drip machine wasn’t cleaned from the previous use, so it got really moldy inside. The espresso machine (most likely) wasn’t cleaned from water stone for ages, because it took forever to produce a small amount of coffee, which turned out to be undrinkable and looked/smelled like soy sauce 😂 We contacted the property, but didn’t get any reply. 3. WiFi wasn’t working. We could connect to it, but it had no internet. We contacted the property, but again with no reply. Then in the middle of our stay, without a warning, two guys knocked on our door and said they were there to fix the internet. They looked legit, so we let them in. They tried to fix the router, but with no success. Then they just left without saying anything and never came back 🤷‍♀️

Osjećao sam se prevarenim, prvo parking koji je daleko 15min od stana sto nije navedeno u opisu i ne mozete auto da koristite na tu daljinu, drugo internet kojeg nema, vlasnik koji se stvarno odma javio, samo me zavlacio da palim gasim,slikam resiver, a u suštini zna da ga nema, jer u recenzije zadnje se vidi da ga nisu imali ni prije mene, stan je bio čist al pun paucine..

I’ll start by saying the apartment was even more spacious than I expected — such a nice surprise! It had everything we needed for a comfortable week’s stay, and everything was clean and in good working order. The little yard was perfect for our dog, and having a dog park nearby was a big bonus — our pup loved it. The location is also great, with plenty of restaurants just a short walk away. Parking was super easy, which made things even more convenient. Overall, it felt like a very relaxed and welcoming place to stay.
