Very comfortable and location is great.

Everything was great! A big and clean apartment. Excellent location. Due to a misunderstanding, there were some issues with parking. The host quickly resolved them. We recommend it.

The place is very nice and big! Beautiful place to stay even for a group of people. Very good location, quiet place to be able to recover after a long day in the city.

We stayed in January and the heating wasn’t enough to heat up the high walls of this old flat. There is an AC in the living room which helped a lot but it wasn’t enough to heat up the 2 side rooms. Wouldn’t book again during winter - only for the summer.

The 5m tall ceiling and 3m tall windows made you feel you're in Budapest all the time! The kids loved the wooden house/playground in the apartment (there even were chalks provided so they can paint). All you need in an apartment is provided. Parking is important if you have a car. Apartment is large, can accommodate easily 6persons (3 double beds)

Owner's communication system is problematic. He strictly states written communication through booking platform only (no phone calls even in case of emergency!). The parking bar wasn't opening so i texted him (he fixed than in less than 2min). Immediately after that I asked if this is fixed now and the bar will keep opening everytime I get in and out of the parking. Never answered so I had to leave my car in the parking during my stay as I didn't want to deal with this insecurity his communication system causes..

The apartment has a very good location, quiet and you may park somewhere not very close, but also not far. It is large and can accommodate 4-6 people without any issue. Inside you may find a number of accessories for the kitchen.

First and the worst was that we did not receive any information about checkin/parking as they promised, within the checkin time. We sent many messages via email/booking/whatsapp, to request checkin and parking details (as we want it to request also a 2 hours earlier checkin). No response. A couple of hours before arriving in Budapest, we called Booking and only after Booking customer service called h22, they sent us the details. Which, for the parking, was wrong, and we had to remain in front of the house and contact them again for the right garage address. Also, there was no (0) toilet paper, nor dish washing detergents or garbage bags. There is an automatic dish washer in the kitchen, but it was not working (starting, but not washing), also missing some contacts from the front panel. Internet not working (not matching password). In summary, a very nice apartment with good potential, with the owner not taking too much care about it.
