This property is in a quiet location very near the airport with the main city area easily accessible through autos, taxis etc Bedroom: clean and spacious with modern furniture. Bed: comfortable with fine mattress and pillows. Bath: neat and clean with modern fittings. Common Balcony: pleasant and quiet mostly but beware the mosquitoes. Common Kitchen: has enough facilities for making a quick brunch. The staff do offer breakfast and tea/coffee services for free. Subhasis is a responsive and responsible owner who manages everything remotely and is in touch within minutes of booking. The on-location staff are also prompt and willing to help.

The bed linen had a used feel. Even the changed sheets had some old stains.

Very quiet residential area, spacious room, exactly how it looks in the photo. Comfortable queen size bed. Clean bed linen and towels. Spacious shower. Finally we were able to sleep and relax. Close to the old city and all the temples - very short ride using tuktuk or taxi. Great neighborhood - beautiful houses and flowers. Responsive owner and administrator of the property. Thanks!

The place was really comfortable and felt like home. The caretaker was really helpful and super responsive. I recommend the place to anyone who's looking for a quiet getaway/stay close to the airport.
