They need to work on the water system I bathed in cold water on both days I was there and shower heads are outdated, I had to also chase lizards out of my room quite a few times.

Room was somewhat clean, but that's all.

Please see our experience notes below: a. We arrived at about 21h50, granted it was late, but the checkin was almost impossible. The officer spent a lot of time calling someone on the radio, who never responded, until he eventually asked to ride with us in our car to go to our unit? b. The room was clean and looked well done, so very good work there. c. Towels were extremely old, caked up (hard) and one of them was badly torn around the seams, which I found very strange for the amount we paid to stay there. d. The bed linen was good and clean, didn't have an obviously fresh smell, but seemed clean. e. No coffee/tea/milk, there was one satched of Ricoffy, again, very strange for the amount paid? f. No Wi-Fi, for the amount paid? g. Then there was a gig with very loud music coming from an area called "VVIP", people and very loud music ensued until around midnight. We travelled the whole day from Johannesburg and had an early rise in the morning, but couldn't sleep until after midnight. h. This meant that we would have to try and reschedule our departure time because we couldn't sleep in time. i. Very early in the morning, from about 07h00 if not earlier, staff were seated outside the unit and chatting in loud voices. j. Before long, a bush cutter started running behind our unit, again ensuring that there is no chance of rest or just even quiet in the morning. k. Just before 08h00, the loud music from the "VVIP" area started again, we just couldn't get any peace. l. I actually walked outside the unit to go to the parking, whilst the staff was there chatting on top of their voices, I thought they would be ashamed and lower their voices, seeing that there is a guest inside the unit, but they continued for another 30-45min after seeing me. m.
