Very steep stairs basic room beds not comfy didn’t sleep well at all
GBCheck-in was extremly quick and easy, a simple case of inform the receptionist of my name, confirm my van registration and my key was handed over. My room was spacious and overlooked the front of the hotel, offering a lovely view of the high street. Tea and Coffee making facilities were available and my bed was comfy.
Room was a little cold when I arrived, most likely due to the single glazing sash windows. This is obvisouly a known problem (especially at this time of year) as a small heater was provided to suppliment the radiator. My only other slight problem, again related to the single glazing, was the noise from the road/street was a little louder than expected.

Room was adequate but could still benefit from further updates. A second chair would be appreciated. Some electric plug sockets were a bit hit and miss, annoyingly being not deep enough for a plug . Bathroom vanity light was not working.
GBStop here regularly. Free parking. close to town & family. No food but plenty of local cafes/restaurant & great market on a Friday. Staff always very friendly. Rooms large & clean

Looked tired. Not much of an atmosphere. There’s supposed to be a restaurant but it’s closed and looking at reviews closed a while.
GBNot clean. Over charged. Stayed here before. No management and no breakfast. When arrived another lady was overcharged as well. If you stayed here before don’t stay again. First time let down by booking. Com
