GBThe location can't be beat. If you are shopping at Bicester Village, then it's amazing. Also,. Don't let the comments scare you. Water pressure was fine. Yes it wasn't "Strong" but the water was nice and hot and you could shower two at the same time if you wanted, it was that hot. Also the separate cold and hot taps on the sink aren't a problem. By the time the water heats up to be too hot you already cleaned your hands. Also, while things are old, they are well cleaned. Obviously you're not going to be able to get really old carpet looking spectacularly new just by vacuuming but everything is vacuumed and tidied and wiped down so even though it's old it's still clean. I think a lot of people in the reviews are just unable to see the value for these rooms.
Our room was underneath the smoking area so it smelled like a smoking room and smokers outside smoking their smoke would travel up and in. They should move the smoking area away.

The room could have done with a Mirror ....It did have one in the Bathroom but needed one in the bedroom so could use for hair and make up Also they need to state stairs as they were very awkward

A room that was in the roof and was overlooked. The bath was very deep and the controls not eady to reach for a shower. Food not available but we knew this. Great breakfast available nearby.

Radiators in room and bathroom were luke-warm. Luckily there was a portable heater that I used. No shower. Only a bath with a shower head. Original drafty sash windows and also noisy.
