ESThe staff were good
I have several problems albeit it my fault but I lost 2 sets of keys, make up, jewelry including a 169 £ ring from pandorra a black fleece , a silver Watch etc . I really cannot put all it this down to an irresponsible issue. I have been so upset with this and feel the hotel has not really addressed my issues when I have asked them.

GBRoom was a very good size and location was good to be able to easily access the high street and the outlet
The heating was on in May and I couldn't turn it off so was rather hot. The shower head had a build up of timescale so was spraying over the bath unless you showered sideways. When we arrived there was an error that we had already checked in but actually our room was changed. That was no issue but we were loved to the front of the building and it was noisy from traffic and people out late in the high street, so we did not get the best of sleep Staff on arrival was lovely and polite. We had breakfast one day which we pre-booked, however I wasn't sure if a drink was included and we never got asked for a drink. We helped ourselves to the coffee machine which was virtually broken and the coffee it made was awful

The bedroom was tired. Lots of extension cables, expanding foam, the blind didn’t stay up, no shower just a bath, the bed and pillows were hard, it wasn’t as clean as it should be, there was no remote control for the tv, but the staff were lovely
