The sofa bed was a little uncomfortable but thats it.
GBClean. Everything you needed for a comfortable stay and clear instructions for everything when we arrived.
GBReally quiet; dining table and chairs as well as sofa. Comfortable bed. Tea pot and cafetiere with some tea and coffee provided. Milk too. Hostess was close by and helped us get in when we arrived.
Sadly could only see the lovely view from the landing at the top of the outside stairs or with the front door open. Windows in sitting room were all roof lights no doubt due to planning restrictions.
GBReally lovely pretty spot, comfortable for our family of 4 for the night. The owners were very approachable and thoughtful from making up the sofa bed for us as we were due in late from a concert to the milk in the fridge and brownies. Would highly recommend.
