Personnel charmant. Emplacement incroyable

Super mal insonorisé. Wifi plutôt mauvais. Douche parfois peu d'eau chaude. Petit déjeuner très moyen. Globalement assez déçu pas a la hauteur des notes que j'avais vu sur le site avant de réserver.

Amazingly friendly and helpful staff. The airport transfer and one-way trip to Hoi An was very appreciated and extremely generous. Special mention to Rachel and Bobby from the front desk and Anh the maître d' at the main dining area. These staff members went above and beyond and is the reason why we keep coming back and recommending it to friends.

The staff especially the front desk were awesome

The afternoon tea was bad, half a dough nut, no little tea sandwich’s, they really promoted the tea like it was going to special but turns out the worst tea I’ve ever experienced. It sucked! Breakfast had an uncharged for espresso drinks which had to ordered and were made some other place which caused a 5-10 wait for coffee drink, which had a hefty charge and a service charge on top of the price of the drink. That was surprising and it felt like I was being nicked and dimed thus making breakfast experience a lot less pleasant.

スタッフさんの対応がとても丁寧でした。日本語を喋れる方もいたので、安心して過ごせました。 朝ごはんも美味しく、フォーやバインミーなども食べれるので大満足でした。毎日少しずつメニューが違うので、毎朝の食事がとても楽しみでした！！ ロケーションも良く、空港からもホイアンからもちょうど良い近さでした。タクシーも空港まで無料で送ってもらえ、良かったです。 部屋の広さもちょうどよかったです！！

ホテルの廊下が人感センサーでつく物でしたが、なかなか反応せず鍵を開けるまで暗かったのが難点でした。 またトイレットペーパーの補充をもう少し多くしてほしかったです。
