Location is very good, just a couple of minutes walking to the beach. Very good and clear hotel, with nice swimming pool. Very good breakfast.

I really love this hotel. It was my parents’ first time traveling abroad, and they are both senior citizens (my father is 74 and my mother is 72). On their first day at Golden Lotus Luxury Hotel, the staff were incredibly helpful. My parents had an issue with their bank card and couldn’t check in right away, and they were very hungry after their journey. The staff kindly assisted them while the problem was being resolved, which I truly appreciate. I was very impressed with the service. The staff are kind and caring, the hotel is very clean, and the food is healthy. The location is also very convenient and easy to access everything. My parents stayed for 7 nights and were very satisfied. The staff were always there whenever they needed help. I especially appreciate what happened on their last day one of the staff prepared food (a sandwich) for them to take on their trip, so they wouldn’t be hungry while traveling, especially since they are both diabetic. That level of care means a lot. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for elderly guests. I will definitely stay here when I visit Vietnam in the future.

Pool area was large & comfortable & good atmosphere. Room was very quiet. Excellent location to restaurants & beach. Staff were attentive & keen to give information.

No water or scales in the gym, one day no towels. Breakfast could have been better.

Excellent location, minutes from the beach. Spacious room which was very clean. Staff were all extremely welcoming & helpful. Nice rooftop pool & bar, afternoon tea was also a good bonus. Lots of choice at breakfast

Es war alles sehr schön, hatten ein Zimmer in der 13. Etage. Das Personal war super nett und hilfsbereit, besonders Bobbi hat sich sehr um alle unsere Anliegen gekümmert. Danke für die schöne Zeit!
