Instructions are clear. Very easy to find. Fairly clean

Mattresses could be more comfy but it is a personal preference.

It is an outdated apartment that needs renovation (or at least better cleaning)

Smells like sweet old pee, there were stains on the wall and carpets and the toilet seat was stained with yellow stains (like it was not washed properly).

Great apartment itself, everything was prepared, worked and in general the apartment is nicely equipped. Self check-in is very easy Recommended

The noise from the tram and cars

The room was in a convenient location

The apparment was robbed. The robber obviously entered with a second key as the door was not broken. When we came back and realised the robbery and reported to the accommodation they didn't do anything to help us. Also they never offered another accommodation since it seemed that they are ok letting their customers living in an apartment that a criminal has access.
