The electric worked

Dirty! Dirty! Dirty. Noisy, bed uncomfortable, bathroom smelt of piss, sink too small, shower leaked all over the floor because the seals were broken, not enough cups as bot renewed when others have been broken. Overall not pleasant.

Location is good

First of all- booking process was awful- they sent me email that my card is nod valid and i should pay them directly. Even when i paid them, they kept me sending emails that my amount is not paid. After few hours eventually they accepted my booking and sent me access details. This was not nice. And I paid with card, which they said is not valid before.. Next- when we arrived, gate and door code which was given to us was not working. Apartment owner did not helped us next 3 hours!!! It was terrible- I was with 3 children and luggage on the street without help. I called, they promised call me back and never called back. On staircase smell was like dead body lying somewhere, in the livingroom brown stain from poop probably. I asked for help- they did not help. I asked for refund. They declined.

Reservation was a joke. The whole experience was like a property trying to get by on the cheap. They have a problem with their reservation software, after I made a reservation, it asked for preferred check-in time, I picked my preference at noon, which was a time they offered on the screen, but was an illegal option in the rest of the their software, and resulted in them (still) sending me messages that my credit card was no good. After 3 more tries with different good credit cards and logging on and checking with my bank and 4 calls to the property and Booking.com I was finally able to pay via an alternative payment venue with the same card the property wouldn't accept. Their reservation software couldn't handle an illegal input of a check-in time that it offered. A logic error in programming terms. In the 4 calls I spoke to very helpful people that said they understood the problem and would fix it, but didn't. And I would get.(confusing) about 3 emails a day on a 5 day stay plus the days prior to the stay, and from the property and Booking stating my credit card was not accepted and I still needed to pay. In blunt terms, it pissed me off. I always pay my bills. And especially when I knew and understood what the problem was and knew how to easily fix it. START WITH A NEW RESERVATION. To this day, one day after I left, I am still getting email from Star and Booking that say my credit card has been declined. INCREDIBLE INCOMPETENCE . The bed was too big for the room, like sleeping on the floor. Needs a new smaller bed. The sofa seems homemade and feels like sitting on plywood and is typical of a sleeper sofa, looking for an additional person to sleep in their ads but not practical for anyone to set on. REPLACE. The shower is a joke. Old. Leeks. Too small for a man. Water all over the floor. No trays for soap or shampoo, so you have to put soap etc on the floor, then try to bend over in a shower that is too small to even turn around standing up.
