"Superb"

Cathy’s place was cozy comfy and quiet. She was a gracious host. We had a great nights sleep and the breakfast was wonderful.

Bathroom not on the same level.

The breakfast exceeded expectations. The location was perfect for visiting area attractions, such as Sandhill and Necedah Wildlife areas.

The first thing we noticed was this place was EXTREMELY clean. For an older home, it was very clean. There was pride taken in how Breakfast was presented & how the table was set. There was a nice place to sit on the front porch & drink coffee. The neighborhood was quiet & we felt welcome during our entire stay. Our hostess even got my favorite flavor of coffee creamer for us. The breakfast variety was very large & some was fresh from a local bakery, in the flavors we liked. The room was spacious, and there was an adjoining room with it (that we never used, other than going in to look at it)

The only down side is the bathroom is located on the first floor & the room was located on the second floor. If you know this in advance, it is not a big deal. Our Hostess does have two small dogs that live there on site (I only mention this because I am allergic to cats, dogs, horses, deer, etc), but due to the cleanliness of the entire property, I had NO reaction of any kind, during our 4 day stay. Our hostess was kind enough to keep them contained, while we were there because they were excited to see us and wanted to greet us. If you enjoy animals, these dogs are very friendly.
