Close to port.

The floors throughout were not very clean ( hairs throughout).

Diego did keep us from taking the train too far past where we needed to go. He did help with our luggage. Lots of stairs!!!

All the stairs. Witnessing the owner yelling at two other guests staying at the house too. No Air Conditioning. Several places where you had to watch where you walk be cause of nails or steps. Needed some love.

Location is perfect

No air conditioner in August is a challenge :)

Being close to the port. The room was clean. Good value.

The area is run down. Very hard to find. Was just a door with a small sign in a run down area. The address leads to a street Luckily we found someone to bring us there or we would have never found it. I wouldn't dare go out at night. No air conditioning.

No air conditioning Noisy location No staff available to answer questions and would not reply to messages and phone calls Staff does not speak English which would be useful when serving clients who are not Fluent in Italian

Great location, friendly welcome, helpful communication, clean and comfortable

Although it didn’t effect our stay, we had not fully understood that the kitchen and living space was a shared space. We had a private bedroom and bathroom

The property location is great, it’s clean and functional. Diego can’t do enough for you and really made the stay great. We stayed 1 night so just wanted a clean pit stop before we joined a cruise the next day. Great location.

Few stairs before you get to the lift but Diego was on hand to give us an extra pair of hands so wasn’t a problem

Breakfast was italian which consisted of only a croissant and capaccino which I did not get and host was gone when order came, so no one to tell.

so very hot and no A/C. please stress that in summer bookings. Host has limited English and we had no Italian so difficult communicating.
