Diego was very kind to help us get our luggage up the stairs and into the room. And he made sure he was back the next day when we were leaving to once again help us with luggage. The location is great!

The many stairs we had to walk up before getting to the lift. Not difficult for us, but for our friend who was traveling with us. I don’t know if we could have gotten our luggage up those stairs without Diego’s help. The building is very difficult for Uber drivers to find. Not marked very well.

Advertised balcony, seating area and flat screen TV are shared and not in the room. Bedrooms are very small and spartan, with only one light in the room (ceiling fan light). Bath was modernized, a plus. Diego was very helpful, though his English is limited. He helped us maneuver our luggage up and down the stairs necessary to get to the lift, both upon our arrival and when we checked out. Not easy to get to the cruise port from here, though - with luggage, taxi cost was 20-25euro, and walking would not be an option unless you have only carry-ons and like to walk.

Bathroom was the best part of the visit. Be aware, air conditioning in Italy is turned off at this time of year, although there was a fan in our room, which worked well. We were going on a cruise, and another couple was staying there going on the same cruise. They had no idea either that they were only booking a room, with sharing a common area.

We had no idea that this was a room only, in a shared space. All the bedroom doors had locks/keys, but, had a shared kitchen, common area. Location was hard to find, states there is an elevator. However you have to walk up 10-15 marble steps to get to the small elevator, with your luggage. We were provided a small list of items for breakfast to select from...I had a donut. This type of stay is not for us and I will look more carefully when booking a room on booking.com next time.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at MD house and it was truly a fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff / owner warm welcome set the tone for the entire stay. The attention to detail in the cleanliness of the room was impressive, and the comfortable bed ensured a restful night's sleep.perfect location beside port,has a lot shops and restaurant around the area.THANK YOU SO MUCH for preparing our breakfast.

Centrally located spacious apartment with 3-4 individual bedrooms with bathrooms and a nice , spacious common area. Lots of restaurants and bars but a lot of places are closed on Sundays. Overall for the price and location was a good choice.

It is an apartment in an apartment building. The front door is locked and there was no one to meet us there. We had a phone contact through booking.com but it did not work. Finally someone was able to help us and call the owner which came fairly quickly. That was the most difficult part after coming from a very long trip.

The location is great for the bus to pick you up for a cruise it comes at 10am. Breakfast was wonderful it is Italian style and Diego was so amazing.

The other residents were a little chatty so I couldn’t get much work don’t but they were nice older couples.

Handy position to town ,restaurants & cruise terminal

This was hard to find,we had to ring owner & wait until he arrived,he did help with our bags.We we’re 2 couples (friends) but we’re concerned another couple may arrive to take the 3rd bedroom.This is a 3 bed apartment.
