Location to the town and Port.

Difficult to find, poor instructions to contact the owner. Nobody on site to let us in. Had to wait on the street for owner to arrive 15 minutes. Bedrooms very basic, no AC. Same key unlocks all bedrooms. Security questionable. Breakfast provided was a cup of tea and a croissant each. Hardly breakfast.

What was offered as breakfast was unacceptable.

This is a appartment with several bed-rooms, a shared kitchen with fridge, living room and shared balcony. The entrance is a little difficult to find and there is no name on the door-bell, so you have to make a timely appointment with the owners, who are very nice - although English communication is a little limited. The location in the centre and near the train-station and port is good.

It would be nice to have a small table and chairs as well as some hooks on the walls in the room. There is not much to put or place your cloth or belongings other than on the floor. The furniture, equipment and beds are very used and saggy. There is no air conditioning in the room and a really, really loud street direct in front of the building. So you can either sleep with windows closed and sweat or sleep with open windows and have cars, trucks and motorcycles extremely loudly rush directly beside your bed. We were really tired after 2 days not sleeping well. So if noise is an important aspect for you, this might not be the right place for you, or at least not a street-facing room. There is not much to expect from the "Breakfast" as the others reviews state.

Everything was exceptional.

15 minute walk from the train station. Streets are easy to navigate even with 2 big suitcases. The room was decent size. You share a big living room and kitchen with the other guests staying there so it is very nice for a group of friends to book the whole space. (I think there were 3-4 bedrooms in that apartment) The owner gave instructions how to reach the cruise terminal using the public buses. The bus stop is close to the apartment (bear in mind that there are stairs as you need to go down to the lower level of the city next to the pier) The owner was able to respond to an issue with the lights/fan in my room within 15-20 minutes.

The sea view mention in the room description is only visible from the balcony of the common living room area.
