Charming Bight Cottage moments from beach by Whitstable-Holidays

Beautiful cottage, in a great place.

Toilet downstairs and attic room tricky to get to, but these are the things you find in a old character cottage, it didn't put us off about maybe using it again.

A beautiful warm and cosy house. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Very comfy beds and bedrooms. Wish we could've stayed longer

Parking! but that's because it's a busy residential area so there are not many spaces.

The host was so flexible and helpful. The cottage was delightful.

The location , the beds were so comfortable , it was clean , pet friendly

The dangerous stairs , so so narrow and at a terrible angle to get to the top floor , I do feel these should be put in the description and photos of them , really scary , the tv has no live tv , everything is through the app etc , the toilet seat never stayed up , the back gate would not lock and rubbish was piled up in front of it . Not a fan of the sofas face to face in the lounge either Tiny bin the kitchen too

The decor is cool The beds are comfy

The hall light didn’t work which was a bit dangerous as the stairs are mega steep, especially up to the top floor. the only bathroom is downstairs next to the kitchen so was concerned about the children on the top floor falling down the stairs in the dark during the night if they needed the toilet. Could’ve left a pint of milk and a loaf of bread! We did enjoy the complimentary maltesers, which was a nice touch. Checking not until 4 which is a bit late if you’re only staying for one night. Should be midday. You can check in early for an extra £25 which seemed a lot on top of what we had already paid for a one night stay.

The decor and location! It was lovely and great for families.

Everything great in the kitchen …do need more glasses and mugs though.

Amazing location everything easy to access on foot. Friendly host and check-in was easy. Found parking on the road outside. Smart TV and welcome chocolates pleased kids, so thank you. Comfy beds too and plenty of towels etc provided.
