Aproape de Gara de Nord și faptul că are centrală proprie.

Nu părea că s-a făcut curățenie, doar s-a schimbat lenjeria de pat. Lifturile nu se deschideau la etajul respectiv, trebuia să cobori la etajul 6 și sa mai urci 2 etaje pe scări.
