Apartment is on 8th floor with a good view over the city. Great location for the train station! Basic facilities but with good ac in both living room and bedroom.

Kitchen is minimally supplied with cooking utensils.

The apartment was in excellent condition.

The apartment is located on the 8th floor in a building with VERY HIGH seismic risk. After check in we discovered a BIG RED SIGN warning about the seismic classification of the building. https://bucharestapartment.net/buildings-with-seismic-risk-in-bucharest/ A search on Google about chances of an earthquake in Bucharest returns: 'Romania has one of the highest earthquake hazards in Europe, alongside Turkey, Greece, Albania, and Italy. While we like the apartment, and had pleasant encounters with the owner, we believe the information about the seismic risk should be made available to any potential customer. Some might like the thrill and ignore the info. Others might not like to live each day as a Russian Roulette game, We are in the latter category, hence this feedback.

Spacious, recently renovated, washing machine & coffee machines included. For backpackers it's really useful that tea, coffee, washing liquid, shampoo, soap, towells all included. Heating system good and terrace nice plus handy for drying clothes too The host was very quick to correct a small issue we had, he was there in 10 mins and very friendly.

The main building's entrance lobby and stairs are in a poor state, but once you reach the apartment it's another world so don't let that put you off!

Perfect for my needs, one good night by the train station. Easy self checkin. Nice decent apartment, No bugs, no sewage smell -rare for Bucharest. Grateful for coffee/ tea.

Dated building hallways a bit spooky, one of the elevators did work though.
