ININI had booked the rooms while I was in Saudi Arabia and had requested an early check-in due to my flight timing. I was also willing to pay any additional charges for the same. I contacted the property through the Booking.com app, and they provided me with a front desk number. However, despite multiple attempts, no one answered my calls. I also sent a WhatsApp message, but there was no response. When I arrived at the hotel early in the morning, the staff refused to provide a room before 12 PM. Even after informing them that I had just arrived from Saudi Arabia following a long journey, they did not offer even a basic courtesy option for a quick fresh-up. Due to this uncooperative attitude, I decided not to stay there and instead booked another nearby hotel (Stay Lite Suites). They immediately provided me with a small non-AC room for fresh-up, and by around 10 AM they allotted me an AC room — without charging any extra amount. Their hospitality and support were far better and truly appreciated.
