INThere were not drinking water in the room. I asked for a bottle of water in the night and they did not serve also till morning. The rooms are foul-smelling and dusty due to non-maintenance. The bed spread was broken/torned. Apart from these, there were cockroaches and other insects on the bed. I booked for three nights and I stayed only one night. I would request you to refund two nights charges. I had to find out another accommodation. I have very good experiences with the booking.com facilities so far. Please break the tie-ups with these types of facilities/properties. The staff was also not pleasing and very rude. Further, I would advice one and all not to stay in Super Collection OMR Perungudi, Chennai.
I dod not like the property at all. They are not maintained well. Smelling dust, the bathroom fitings were rusty. There were not drinking water in the room and even not served also.
