ININVery very poor service. very poor staff behaviour and no cleans. No phone number to contact them. And price after booking they asked double the time.
INININI guess, you get what you pay for - in a city like Chennai. Looks like 1.5k rs. is the benchmark for subpar accomodation. I did not mind as I was a bachelor stayed just for a night. But I can't think of one good thing here. Well, they gave complimentary waterbottle. The room had bed, fan, AC, working TV(suprisingly).
1. First thing I noticed was, there no screen to cover the transparent window. When I change, the person from other side on the street has a very clear Privacy problem. 2. Where do I start with the washroom - AC vent water oulet is leaking into washroom. - No false ceiling over the head. Heavy duty electric lines passing over the head. - Untidy bathroom floors. - Water ranout when flushing toilet in the morning. Bucket pudichi uthana. - Rats making squeaking noise all night. - I had to walk up to reception to get toiletries. - The towel that I requested never arrived. Since evening, it's in laundry.
INThe rooms are very neat and clean the service is amazing all the staff are helpful and supportive.
