I liked the hot tub and view of mountains

Hard to locate property

I didn't like anything about the property.

Customer service was not good at all

The Hamilton Suite was nice, basic but spacious. The beds were perfect and the living area was comfy. The bathroom was small, but we'll equipped (the blow dryer even had a diffuser for us curlies).

The door was drafty, like a big space at the bottom that let in a lot of cold air. I would have appreciated a microwave & coffee maker of some sort. And from what I could tell the Sauna was out of order (door broken & full of tools, etc.) And it didnt seem like the out door hot tub was up and running either.

The location

The suite was spacious.

When we arrived, there was no electricity. Maintenance had to come... they came quickly and power was restored. I think they were working on another unit there at the time because one night they were using power tools until 9 at night fixing the AC unit. But also, the stove/oven wasn't working. The whole point of my wife and I starting at this place was to be able to cook breakfasts there. The repair wouldn't be happening until after we left, so... it didn't happen. The hot tub on the deck outside wasn't working so they had an alternate hot tub in a semi-private location. Up the stairs in semi-darkness.

The Franklin suite was the perfect size for 4 adults. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bedding was amazing. The living room was so cozy, and the fireplace was a nice addition. The showers worked very well, and the hot water always came on quick. Beautiful views from the patio.
