The Haüs Windham - Spacious Suites, Hot Tub, Mountain Views!

The yard is neglected.

Fire alarm sat in the den area unconnected when we walked in. Was immediately texted we would receive 20% discount for hot tub not in working order which was good. Asked 3 times for wash rags for the bath, but no response. Full kitchen had no dish towels, rags, or dish detergent. Dishwasher did not work. We liked the space and the area, but being between seasons was not a good idea.

Cozy apartment but the jacuzzi wasn’t working. $900 for one single night and the jacuzzi doesn’t work? We filled the bathtub and the water was literally brown/gray. I asked for assistance and they told me they were gonna send someone the day after (like I said, we only booked one night so it wouldn’t be helpful for us). No discount offered, no a particular kindness to make it up to us. They told us we could use another jacuzzi that was outdoor but it was way too cold for us to do it, on a January night. I repeat, $900 for one night. We actually chose them BECAUSE of the jacuzzi. So, the apartment is definitely cozy, but was it worth it? No

My stay at the Haus Windham was amazing! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how impeccably clean everything was. The hotel's attention to detail was evident in every corner, making it feel fresh and welcoming. The location was great, right next to the ski mountain and town. Everything we wanted to see and do was just a short walk or drive away. One of the highlights of my stay was the bedding – it was exceptional! The mattress was incredibly comfortable, and the linens were soft, crisp, and luxurious. I even called them to ask what linens they use after our stay ("parachute" if anyone is wondering). Overall, Haus Windham exceeded my expectations in every way. I can’t wait to return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Its close to Windham Mountain that is the only plus. Check in was easy, more like airbnb.

The Room was dark and musty, no view, no outdoor area.

The room was well furnished and seemed brand new. I was very clean too

It was a little difficult to communicate a few times because this is essentially a reception free property.
