The Haüs Windham - Spacious Suites, Hot Tub, Mountain Views!

My husband and I recently stayed at Haus Windham in Windham, NY and it was absolutely perfect for our romantic getaway. The apartment itself was charming and impeccably clean. The cozy fireplace was a delightful touch, and we spent evenings curled up by it, sharing glasses of wine. The location was truly unbeatable. We were just steps away from the windham path. My husband also went to the golf course down the street. Also a short drive to Windham Mountain and the Main Street in town. It was the ideal balance of tranquility and easy access to everything Windham has to offer. The staff was very responsive to all our needs. Communication was smooth and friendly, and they provided us with helpful recommendations for things to do in the area. Overall, our stay at Haus Windham was nothing short of magical. We created unforgettable memories, and we can't wait to return someday! We highly recommend this hidden gem to anyone looking for a romantic escape in the beautiful Catskills.

Over powering odors. Couple above fighting loudly and violently for over an hour after 11 pm. No sound buffer. Unable to sleep with banging doors, stomping and ceiling shaking. We were unnerved with the sense that one of them was going to get physical and barge downstairs. We left the next morning and never came back. Found better accommodation in town. Unable to contact booking com to cancel next 2 nights as cell service was poor

The fridge and the bathtub didn’t work. The furnitures are very simple and it missed few things like lamps or chest.

The beds were very comfortable and the hot tub was relaxing. I liked the fire place as well. Great location.

I expected more from this property, as it is labeled a luxury stay. It absolutely lacked some of the basics. There were no kitchen rags, coffee mugs, or soap for the dishwasher. There was no housekeeping during our stay, towels were just dropped off on the second day. The hot tub as mentioned was very nice, but it did have a funky smell when you turned the jets on. Also it gets very noisy. Another group staying in the suite below came home at 1130pm and proceeded to be loud and blast music until 3am.
