The commendation really nice clean, staff very friendly and helpful, guidance from the moment you arrive in fes until you get to riad. Checking with you every day if you need anything. Breakfast excellent in riad balcony 😋 I think you all.

Sobretot la hospitalitat de l'Otman, ens vam equivocar de dia al fer la reserva i ens va oferir igualment una habitació que li quedava i a sobre era la millor. Molt agraits perquè eren les 00.00 de la nit i ens hagues tocat buscar un altre hotel a aquelles hores. El riad es molt bonic i te un esmorzar de 10!!!

Riad in tipical morrocan style. Amazing location in Medina, very friendly hosts, magnificent terrace on the roof with a view of the entire old town, we really enjoyed having breakfast there

I would suggest a bit more toilletiers.

L'hotel è carino per il prezzo pagato. Il personale è gentilissimo, sempre a disposizione e accontenta ogni richiesta. La colazione era ottima e super abbondante, veramente valida. La posizione è veramente strategica all'interno della medina e veramente comoda per raggiungere ogni parte di Fez. Ogni taxi e ogni gita l'abbiamo fatta organizzare all'hotel e siamo rimaste veramente soddisfatte. Grazie ancora!

Le lenzuola avevano delle macchie che probabilmente non erano andate via dai precedenti lavaggi. Nella doccia c'erano dei peli da lametta attaccati alla parete. La camera non molto illuminata (servirebbero delle luci più potenti) (ma magari era un problema solo della nostra camera). Per il prezzo pagato andava comunque benissimo e ci ritornerei!
