El trato del personal excelente, Omar y el recepcionista son encantadores ,la ubicación buena. La limpieza genial, desayuno básico , el personal se ofreció a acompañarnos al taxi. Omar nos imprimió los billetes. Nos invitaron a té y nos guardaron la maletas . Cama aceptable y ducha muy buena.

De noche para llegar hay tramos oscuros y la gente te intenta liar diciéndote que la Medina está cerrada para acompañarte por propina, se siente inseguridad . En nuestra habitación la calefacción no funcionaba. El dueño nos concertó un amigo para enseñarnos la ciudad , nos dijo que le diéramos lo que quisiéramos y al final del paseo este nos dijo que era un guía oficial y que costaba 50 euros, de los cuales nos cobró 30.

The hosts were extremely kind and helpful.

The shower head being too close to the toilet (everything was clean but this design feature made it a little weird).

On a passé trois jours formidables à Fès, en immense partie grâce à Othman, Bilal et Souad, qui ont été adorables et aux petits soins pour nous pendant tout le séjour, avec des conseils vraiment très précieux. Le riad était très beau, propre, petit déjeuner généreux. Le rooftop a une vue magnifique. Le riad est idéalement situé à côté du souk, on a pu utiliser la cuisine pour se faire des bons petits plats. Merci encore vraiment pour tout !

Friendly staff. We left this place one day in early morning, guy made a breakfast for us to take away.

There was no hot water. Conditioner didn't work, there was very cold. Dirty streets around in medina near this place.

The hosts were very helpful and cooperative, they changed the room upon our request and even printed us our boarding passess for free.

On our first night we got the room on the ground floor and it was very bad, you could smell and feel the humidity and thats why we needed to change the room on our second night. Our second room was better in terms of the smell of humidity. The location is accurate in google maps but quite far from the main roads and the streets around the riad are more dirty than the street in generals.

Er was een badkamer in de kamer en airco.

Het bed was vies. Er lagen haren op de kussensloop en op het kussen zelf lag ook haar. We hebben uit angst op onze handdoeken geslapen ipv het kussen.

暖房がありますが、ちょっと寒い。下の受付前のスペースはWi-Fiが強いが、上の自分の部屋へ行くとWi-Fiが弱く動画が見られない。
