"The breakfast was good; however, we would not choose this place again, as the accommodation was not comfortable for us."

Breakfast

At first, we did not receive the room we had booked; instead, we were given a worse one. We only got the originally booked room the next day, and until then we had to stay in a small, dark room. We could hardly ever find any staff when we needed help. In this sense, the guest service was quite poor. The room we stayed in on the first night was musty and smelled bad. There was no such issue with the second “deluxe” room.

La amabilidad y trato de Omar y su hermano. Siempre estaban atentos a todo y te acompañaban y recogían cuando lo necesitabas ya que no es fácil moverte por la medina.

La habitación a veces olía un poco a saneamiento, aunque parece que es un problema general en toda la medina.

Proprio très réactif et arrangeant suite à un petit couac avec notre chambre le premier soir, nous a trouvé une autre chambre à proximité dans un très bel établissement. La chambre de son établissement, initialement prévue, était egalement très confortable, plein de charme. L'établissement est tres bien placé dans la médina. Le personnel d'une grande gentillesse avec des conseils sur les restaurants et transports aux alentours. On recommande vraiment! Merci pour tout

La cama es de 1,50. El desayuno estaba bien.

No entran a limpiar. Se acumula la basura. No dan más de un rollo de papel higiénico. No hay plato de ducha. El wc no funcionaba bien. El olor que entra por el ventanuco es nauseabundo (por los puestos que hay en las calles de al lado)

La struttura è all'interno della medina a 8 minuti a piedi dalla porta bab guissa e vicinissimo alle maggiori attrazioni della medina. Buona la colazione, struttura accogliente e ottimo lo staff che organizza escursioni e taxi da o per l'aeroporto. Consigliatissimo
