"Lovely little place to stay"

Lovely little place to stay. Really comfortable bed and the location was perfect for me. Easy to find and a great base for me. Wifi worked well as well. Rachel was really helpful with directions and providing info.

The peace and quiet of the location. Lovely setting. Well-equipped.

No on-site parking is a bit of a hassle, but not insurmountable. A bottle of milk in the fridge would have been appreciated.

"Lovely peaceful property in the delightful Old Bexhill Town and perfect as a base for the wider area."

Location, a leisurely 15 minute walk to the seafront. Property set within a delightful cottage garden.

The property wasn’t as private from the main house as we had thought but not a problem as we out for a majority of our stay. Otherwise, everything was as we expected.

"Quaint ,quirky and comfy stay in a charming garden hut"

Very cosy hut with an extremely comfy bed and covers. Very peaceful and quiet ,you get the feeling that you’re way out in the countryside

The church bells ringing at 8am when I had a hangover :)
