Facilities were perfect

The breakfast needs improvement. The issue of tv remotes nd aircon remotes. Each room must have its own. 1 of the rooms did not have aircon or a fan atleast.

The lady who works there was very friendly and humble. Pity every problem we experienced was out of her control

Swimming pool was dirty, basins were blocked and we were forced to brush our teeth in the bath. Shower had scum, ottoman in bedroom had 3 legs instead of 4 so we couldn't use it. Very disappointed in this place
