Lerato's

The place it is beautiful.

It was very cold we wanted to come, bath and eat and go to sleep because we were tired and freezing but by our surprise there was no electricity ,she didn't by electricity. Then tomorrow morning the water was cold.

The location was good

The bathrooms. We had to share bathrooms. And there was only 1 shower with hot water

It was close to Emerald

The staff was not friendly and the place was not neat. Stove was not working. The pool was also not clean. Bathrooms were dirty as well. Everytime you need to go out of the place we had to call the staff and they were not happy about that.

It wasn’t clean

The hospitality... The Lady was super helpful and made sure we got everything we needed

There was not wifi..

The breakfast and location was nice. The rooms and decor were nice and there were guest towels and gowns which were really clean.

The staff was not friendly at all. The owner herself treated us like we didn't deserve to be at her place. She kept hovering around us and not giving us privacy until we slept she was babysitting us! She would come and switch off the AC as she didn't give us the remotes for us to manage the AC ourselves. One of the bedrooms and bathroom smelled of pee and we had to ask for it to be cleaned again prior to our occupation. We had booked the place for 16+ guests but we were given 6 cups to use and the kids wanted to play yet she kept getting irritated by their moving up and down. Bookings are made prior hence as a host you must accept or decline if you don't want to host a big group that has kids.

I liked how the Lady who welcomed us treated us her name is Lerato, and the breakfast was very delicious

The aircon was not working and couldn't even see the remote of it
