Staff really needs to get training on how to treat guests. Has a lot of incorrect information in the system which makes a booking a nightmare

Network problem

The staff was very accommodative

The rooms are either missing an aircon or mini fridge or your own personal bathroom, so you must choose what you need to do without. There's no wifi even though it's included in the facilities. The network in the area really is bad. This property is ok for short-term stay, like 2-3days, but not for a long-term trip or work trip. There was a rat in one of the rooms, and I had to move to the other room. The owner/ caretaker doesn't seem to really care about the place, because the shared bathrooms don't have keys so you can lock when you shower. Certain light bulbs don't work like in one if the bathrooms and the passage.

I liked how welcoming the staff was. The place was very clean and it is in a good and safe neighborhood.

That there was no network, and in winter they should invest in a heator. They should also consider extending the amount of time they allow the hot water to run.

I loved the 2 ladies who helped me get settled in , such nice individuals . Thank you for the good service

My room had a TV that was not working They said there's wifi but there wasn't, and it was a need cause the network is very bad in that location that you can't use your phone when in the room The breakfast of 1 slice of bread The staff asking for tip
