Everything they promised wasn’t there. No WiFi as promised on booking.com Swimming pool was dirty. And we were chased out before our check out time and the owner was very rude when I was on the phone with her. False advertising on booking.com

Stuff is very untrustworthy and unprofessional

The owner is not honest she wants R250 to use the stove per day😡

If the owner can be honest and can be transparent to guest. On the phone she is not telling the guests about R250 to use the stove

The place is beautiful and safe

There is no signage we got lost as there was no house number nor a signage.

The only thing that was okay is the cleanliness of the bedlinen and towels and bathroom .

On arrival we waited outside for a long time and kept on phoning but when we finally got the response, the guy dropped the phone on us. We continued waiting and when he finally responded he told us he will contact the person at the property. The place is chaotic and disorganized. No private bathroom and many of the things stipulated on booking.com are not correct. We were told we were going to share the bathroom with some ladies which was not that bad but then men kept on going in and out of the bathroom,the bathroom door was not closing properly, my husband had to accompany me to the bathroom because we didn't feel safe at all.No wifi password given instead there was no network connection at all for the whole night. Just after our booking was confirmed my Google account was hacked .We slept because we had no other option. We were told we supposed to be out by 9Am which contradicts what is on booking.com which is 11AM ,They said they are not aware of 11AM. In the morning when I was walking into the bathroom there were noisy men around the indoor pool which is directly across the room we were occupying. It was very uncomfortable. To make matters worse there was no toilet paper in the toilet. We decided not to bath because there was no privacy at all and we also decided not to have breakfast. All in all it was just a nightmare. I'd rather sleep in my car than book that place again. We were not even told where to get tea or coffee facilities. No aircons or heater.
