Kitchen facilities, room facilities, ease of access and flexibility to check in and out.

Nothing not to like in particular, but certain things need to be kept in mind when booking. I forgot to assume that (being a student residency) there was no television in the room and I never enquired about a common area simply because I wouldn't have been interested in watching TV in a common area. Also, having to share a kitchen with other students, there's always the problem of people using something and not cleaning it etc ...
