"It was a lovely accommodation in an easily accessible part of the COTY to get to anywhere i needed."

The location was excellent and the room was very comfortable. We were left with clean towels and utensils to cook if needed.

Staff were great and nice shower with a good kitchen inside the room. About a 15-20 min walk to the centre of York

It got a bit hot in the room and no parking

Studio was nice and location fit my needs very well.

Organisation and communication was very poor. No mention of being only for students till after I booked (they have updated the page now). Check-in times were different than displayed on booking.com and wasn’t told till day of arrival which disrupted my plans. Minimal effort made to honour the original terms of booking

quiet and clean, was a little warm as could only open windows a little way so not much air but was nice and clean

the windows not very well designed for a top floor apartment as was extremely stuffy and warm
