The location is very convenient near a casino and mall

The towels were not clean only two big towels were provided The apartment is a bachelors not a 1 bedroom as advertised The walls are paper thin you can hear everything that is happening outside even the footsteps of people walking in the corridors

The location was great, close to shops and restaurants at menlyn main

That it wasn’t as warm,the solar heater isn’t warm enough,you only get warm standing close to it. A spare blanket in this cold weather would be nice.

The WiFi was not working, the one bedside lamp was not working, the toilet seat was not attached properly

The liked how helpful the staff were, especially reception. We also enjoyed how close to shops it is.

Some of the towels were not completely clean. The check in process was not smooth at all. It could have been better.

hanks again for hosting me—it was nice of you. I just wanted to share some feedback in case it’s helpful: I found the headboard and bed setup a bit dated, and I did miss having proper mirrors and basic toiletries like soap and shower gel. I hope that’s okay to mention—it’s just something that stood out during my stay.

They were not aware of my booking when I arrived, so had to call someone which delayed check in slightly .
