"Für eine Stadtbesichtigung perfekte Wohnung"

Sehr zentral! Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten, Märkte, Parks und Plätze war schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch Restaurants, Cafés, Bars gleich um die Ecke zu finden. Bushaltestelle Alibus in 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin lief hervorragend! Die Wohnung ist trotz der Zentralen Lage sehr ruhig. Betten sind groß und bequem. Die Küche bietet alles, was es braucht, um sich selbst zu versorgen.

Der beschriebene Balkon ist eine gemeinschaftlich genutzte Dachterrasse. Der Teil, der vom LaPicci aus zugänglich ist, wird durch eine Lattenkonstruktion räumlich etwas abgetrennt- dadurch wirkt es sehr eng.

The apartment has an ideal location – just 2 minutes walking distance from the city center. It’s very spacious, with large rooms, two toilets, and a big living room with a comfortable sofa and dining table. Communication with the owner was smooth and friendly. Highly recommend!

El departamento muy prolijo y completo, bien ubicado y cómodo.
