Logement bien place à 2 pas du centre, calme et très bien sécurisé. Possibilité de parking sur demande à l'hôte à proximité.

The apartment was great, with everything necessary for a short stay! Good rooms, good bedrooms, air conditioning, everything was ok.

Unfortunately we faced some problems in the short period we stay in the house, such as the energy went down and it took a while for us to solve, the owner took a long time to answer us too, so we discovered by ourselves how to solve. When we arrived we were approached by some drunk people threatening to do something to our car (this last one is not "fault" of the accommodation, but at a first sight the neighborhood was a bit scary).

Very comfortable apartment for 5 people, we appreciated especially the high quality of the mattresses. Strategic location just between the cathedral and the castle, everything in walking distance, even the city beach (2.5 km). Perfectly server the purpose for us to explore Catania in 1.5 days.

Everything was OK, especially the position of the apartment. I warmly recommend to stay at LaPicci

Superb location! Close to the city center, fish markets, restauramts, Cathedral of Catania. The flat is BIG, comfortable and modern, super clean, bed sheets smell so nice like new. WiFi is super fast! We love 2 toilets in the apartment. The apartment is equipped with all you need both in kitchen and in bathrooms. There are both Italian coffee machine with coffee powder available and another automatic coffee machine with capsules. Some cookies are available too. The owner speaks well English and very nice. If we come to Catania again, we will definitely stay here again. The real apartment looks better than in photos.

The flat is on 2nd floor. With big heavy luggages, it could be hard. But the owners helped us to carry luggages up. The shower box is relatively small. With the door opened left and right only half way, to enter to the shower is very small. Inside shower is small too. This can be issue for big people.

Very good apartment in the absolute city centre, near the Castello Ursino. "Usual Sicilian scenario" was at our arrival: the street itself looks bad and isn't aesthetic, then the apartment itself is really good. Lots of space, good Wi-Fi, travel books about the region, very comfortable.

Watch out in case there's an open-air music festival in downtown Catania because the walls are thin and on those days you can have a hard time sleeping. The shower cabin is for smaller-than-100kg (smaller-than-220lbs) people.

Well located, AC in excellent condition, functional kitchen, well stacked by our host.

Shower too small, cramped and not 100% functional. To be fare, this was a sort of reoccurrence in Sicily.
