Room was comfy and warm. Landlord was very nice.

Bathroom and kitchen dirty, cockroaches seen multiple times in both the kitchen and room itself. Mold in the shower.

Cockroaches are running everywhere! Such unsanitary conditions are unacceptable in the modern world! I turned on the microwave and there was a terrible stench, like a fish that died a month ago! I washed it for 45 minutes and the smell didn't go away! The refrigerator wasn't washed, it's scary to put food in it! And the shower is terrible, there's no light, no battery, mold on the ceiling, it needs to be painted with anti-mold paint at least cosmetically. I admit that everything is new there and without repair, that's acceptable, but such unsanitary conditions are a risk of various diseases, bacteria, and you can bring some lice into the house!

We need to change the cleaner and make sure he is responsible and we need to wash the refrigerator and microwave at least once a week or every two weeks. We also need to paint the bathroom ceiling and walls every week. Maybe in the kitchen, we need to change the light bulb a lot and fight the mold a little. Maybe we can put silicone that has a 10-year mold guarantee. We can wash the shower room and there you can have normal service and not do any more repairs. If the owner doesn't have much extra money, then there will already be some minimum comfortable level so that it's not scary to be there and disgusting to be there, and it's very dangerous to be there so as not to pick up something or bring it home!
