Nothing absolutely rotten

The manager Micheal is an absolute idiot, we had booked for 10 night yet requested a refund 5 days in due to numberous issues detailed below 1, house was discusting obviously has no cleaner, smelled like ass and had mould and damp everywhere. Kitchen and bathroom where minging. No plug to have a bath upstairs and shower downstairs was unusable. 2, we had bought food shopping and it had been stolen and Micheal had done nothing about it, he refused to do anything to sort it 3, we had complained a few times about the noise and concerns for the safety as front door was left open everyday and yet manager did nothing but avoid my calls and texts 4, I asked for a refund and was allowed it but have to wait 12 working days for it back so was thrown out the property by the manager even though this ment being put on the streets as we had used the rest of our money so was unacceptable 5, manager came to the property and cause unacceptable stress and tried to cause arguments with others staying by stating we had complained about them. 6, manager very rude all they care about is money and even though I was a victim of crime he still treated me very poorly 7, didn't care about people smoking drugs in the property 8, bed mites in the bed and carpets full off fleas 9, house cold all the time 10, no tea or coffee or suger provided 11,no TV when stated they did and it was working 12, bed was broken 13, bedding was filthy with holes in 14, cooker and fridge minging

That it was close to shops

The company that was also in the house was like people were on drugs in there was very dated uncomfortable and unhygienic

Nice room, owner helpful as booked again so asked I can stay in same room he was more then helpful... Good location
