Hotel is new, so are all the facilities. Breakfast is good, reasonable choices, although more fruits would be even better. Extremely nice and smiling staff, doing their utmost to help guests.

Space of the room

There was no "warm" welcome. Staff was being very diffucult and not helping. Facilities in the room where okay, although the facett was leaking so the whole bathroom floor was wet. Breakfast was not so good. Overall not the best.

The property is centrally located and well placed for exploring the area. The room was clean and included a good standard of amenities.

It was apparent that the hotel permitted indoor smoking and there was some cigarette scent in the hall / room.

Wonderful Breakfast. We do love your helping customers with care. Front desk 24/7 days always respectful and friendly.Staff is the best one for helping customer whenever needed.

The Best we do love this New Palace Hotel with every day good taste change excellent Breakfast.We do recommend this Hotel.9.5/10 .

"Great value new built hotel"

Compact room very well appointed. Great bathroom spacious and hot water. The inclusive breakfast was superb so much choice and deliciously fresh. Great value

Quite noisy but not the hotels fault.
