Staff was friendly and supportive. Room was clean.

No box of tissues provided in the hotel room (got confirmation that it was not one of built-in benefits). They don't have proper/standard definition for room types; i.e., for the same price applied to 2 persons, the twin room (about 25m2) is much bigger than the double room (about 18m2? - the size info was not provided for this room type). This is the first time we've ever experienced this kind of issue. The hotel should be aware that it's not standard when it comes to hotel rooms.
