I didn't know to done breakfast.I just left

Friendly and comfortable

All was ok

room was spacious, easy to check in

the bed was a small double not even a standard double, the mattress was very thin and poor

I liked that there was a pool table.

The room was a good size but it was dirty. Stains on the carpet, wall paper ripped, TV would not turn, off had to unplug it; could barely see the TV if either the curtains were open or the light was on. The bathroom had fag burns on the floor, and the roof in the bathroom had toilet paper stuffed in the cracks. The area was dilapidated and run down; nearby buildings with no windows and now home to pigeons and their excrement. The 'locals' were predominantly alcoholics and drug users.

Location to the sea front

Room had an awful view. Wallpaper tatty and hanging off, bathroom door didn’t shut properly and was very tiny, door to room rattled from Wind, bar wasn’t open past 10pm the note on the door said to ring bell before 11pm to get service but no one came , and very noisy neighbours at 3am in the morning was woke up and kept awake

Loved the location and the hosts Mandy and John they are fantastic so welcoming

Room was small but fine for a short stay
