Really good location and staff where friendly

Rooms could do with being updated

All was lovely until the last night New guests arrived who I thought were demolishing the hotel bangs knocking shouting I got woke up 3 times by this shower of shite Never heard the hosts tell them to shut up once No regard for others so I wont be returning

It was near the tower

I never got to stay at the hotel even though I booked 3 rooms with 3 other guests the tried to make out that we canceled one room when we clearly didn’t and showed then the three bookings they wanted to get someone else in my room who was paying cash in the end they said that I can go to a different hotel which was horrible dark and disgusting I never experienced such bad hotel in my life but I knew I wasn’t going to get my money back it that hotel was called the Merlin hotel ( avoid it everyone )

The hotel was a short walk from the center of blackpool. It was quiet, clean, the owner was lovely and it was incredibly cheap. If I come back to blackpool I would definitely stay here again.

Honestly for the price and what I was expecting I cant think of anything that I would complain about.
