Panta Rei resort

Lovely setting, rooms and restaurant. Great pool. All very relaxed. Food was also excellent.

The staff are so lovely but their boss is not kind to them!

The whole place is immaculately designed and gorgeous, the food was incredible as were the staff. It is suitable for families with kids, or those specifically coming to surf. Our room was very beautiful. We read some reviews with some petty complaints-but didn’t have the same experience. Someone complained about insects in the rooms but if you brainy enough you bring plug-ins to Sri Lanka. Also someone mentioned grumpy owner what I saw was that he was working very hard in the kitchen and also running the place quite a big job, especially to keep up such high standards. If you are looking for an oasis during your time in the south then this is the place.

Not much to dislike, sometimes there was wifi issues but that is expected in Sri Lanka.

הגענו בשעה הכי לא נוחה שיש (5:00 בבוקר ) ועדיין השומר קיבל אותנו עד שעובדת הקבלה הגיע והתנצלה שאין חדר לפני 12:00 כי יש שם אנשים… הצוות מהמם מהמנקים,מדריכי היוגה והספורט , הבעלים כולם סופר שירותים ! מלון נקי בסביבה טבעית של ירוק ושקט מומלץ בחום!!!

I got food poisoning at the restaurant. In total the resort is not worth the money, far away from a western 4 star hotel.
