Panta Rei resort

Es war etwas abschieden und somit schön ruhig. Unser Bungalow war groß und hatte alles was wir benötigen. Wir hatten auch einen kleinen privaten Pool in dem wir uns bei dem heißen Wetter entspannen konnten. Das Essen in der Unterkunft war sehr lecker und das Personal sehr hilfsbereit.

Das Wasser von unserem kleinen privaten Pool lief manchmal beim schwimmen über, dabei konnte dann auch schnell das Schlafzimmer leicht unter Wasser stehen.

היינו בפנטה ריי במשך 3 לילות והתמורה הייתה מצוינת! היחס של הצוות היה חם ואדיב מהרגע הראשון. קבלנו קבלת פנים נעימה, שירות מהיר ועזרה בכל בקשה. אהבנו במיוחד שהחדרים נקיים, מרווחים ומאובזרים היטב. ארוחת בוקר עשירה ומגוונת. צוות מקצועי וזמין, תמיד עם חיוך. התחושה הכללית הייתה של תשומת לב לפרטים ורצון אמיתי להעניק חוויית אירוח איכותית. נשמח לחזור לשם שוב!

Stunning stay. The food was exceptional, and the hospitality from the staff was the best ive experienced on my trip around Sri Lanka. The rooms were beautifully styled, with incredibly comfortable beds. Overall, it’s a truly beautiful, classy place to stay and, when peaceful, wonderfully relaxing.

While Panta Rei itself is a real gem and clearly designed for high end wellness, rest, and relaxation, the presence of loud and disturbing young children significantly detracted from the experience. During the stay there was a screaming toddler, along with two young children repeatedly jumping in and out of the pool and shouting for attention, which shattered the otherwise peaceful atmosphere. This isn’t a fault of the property itself, but the environment would be greatly enhanced if it were adults only. An adults only policy would truly elevate this special place and allow it to fully deliver tranquility and relaxation.

Funcionários do bar impecáveis, sempre a sorrir e muito amáveis, 5*. Comida ótima e em quantidade. Pequeno-almoço ótimo e em quantidade (sumo/cafe + prato). Disponíveis para chamar tuktuk ou taxi de/para o aeroporto. Restaurantes perto (20min), dá para ir a pé. Piscina ótima, limpa e sempre calma.

Em 12 dias de estadia, nenhum dos 2 managers foi capaz de nos vir cumprimentar, estando sempre ali ao pé de nós. Apenas falavam aos israelitas. O quarto tem imensa luz, que vem da porta e wc e dificulta o sono. Wc (sanita) sempre com cheiro a esgoto. Hora do pequeno almoço é super tarde (8:30). Nunca repunham o papel higiénico.

Was ein tolles Hotel! Alles rund um perfekt, sehr gutes Restaurant und Bar direkt in der Anlage, traumhafte Bungalows und ein schöner Pool. War der perfekte Abschluss der Reise.
