The location is perfect, just out of the way of the tourist trap, so you can find local bars and restaurants. A bit of a walk into the main funchal, but along the seafront, it's beautiful. Bed was super comfy, big room with sofa too.

Only a small thing, when getting ready to go out, could do with 1 more mirror after showering it's a big foggy and the husbands showering. Perhaps a full-length mirror for the ladies .

Hotelik fantastycznie zlokalizowany! W okolicy mnóstwo barów i restauracji. Personel przyjazny i pomocny, czuliśmy się bardzo dobrze zaopiekowani. Pokój, ktory otrzymaliśmy był przestronny, dobrze wyposażony i czysty.

Na minus oceniam oświetlenie pokoju, brakowało lampy w centralnym punkcie pokoju. Cały pokój oświetlony był tylko lampkami nocnymi i jednym światłem przy wejściu do pomieszczenia.

The staff, every single one of them. They always had a smile on their faces, were so polite and kind. Extremely helpful. Could not fault them

If your a light sleeper, the outside noise might be annoying but hey your in the main part of the old town witch is a great location. So it was worth it. Wasnt soo bad anyway

Veronica a recepción kivételes hölgy! Születésnapra külön meglepetést csempészett a szobába, ami nagy figyelmességre és kedvességre vall! Az ágy nagyon kényelmes volt, sikerült kipihenni magunkat a gyönyörű Madeira felfedezése folyamán. A szállás elhelyezkedése az óvárosban tökéletes. Veronica, köszönjük a kedvességed! Egyik este nem volt meleg víz, sajnos hidegben zuhanyoztunk.

Ett fantastiskt hotell med familjär känsla. Bra läge i gamla stan,nära till allt. Personalen alltid trevlig och hjälpsam. Värt mer än 10 poäng !!

Bon petit déjeuner, salé et sucré. Emplacement au centre de la ville, proche de tout. C'est assez bruyant car au coeur de la vie de la rue touristique mais l'hotel avait prévenu donc pas de surprise et c'est tout à fait correct avec des bouchons d'oreille pour dormir.

Fantastic position, convenient for the sea, old town, transport links. Helpful staff. Loved the wooden floor and tasteful decor. Comfortable bed.

Just noisy two nights at the weekend for a couple of hours. We were warned about this so not a grumble.
