The place was clean and calm. If you need a place to relax after being out the whole day, this is the perfect place. And the owner’s very responsive and accommodating.

Onur helped us with scooter rental, and he was quick and sorted all the incidents inmediately Garden and kitchen was great too

Room aircon was old and quite noisy and also you could hear a generator from next soor property, to eb aware off

It is about a 15-minute scooter ride from the city center, which makes it a very convenient distance while still allowing you to escape the noise and crowds. The shared kitchen is great for cooking and also serves as a nice space to socialize with other guests. Onur is a very helpful host who responds quickly to messages, which made the stay smooth and stress-free. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit. It’s a great choice for travelers who are looking for a balance between convenience and a more relaxed, local experience.

There was noise from a nearby bnb which sometimes lasted until very late.

Onur was very nice and easy to interact with. He also put us in touch with two local tuk-tuk drivers Kim and JR who were excellent at taking us into and out of town as often other drivers in the town didn't know where they were going and we needed to use maps to direct them.

It is 10 min drive outside the main town down a small narrow dirt road so not particularly walkable to anywhere. As it is in the countryside there is a lot of noise from stray dogs barking and roosters very early in the morning, if you are a light sleeper this will be annoying from 6am. We also had one night where the guests in the room next door arrived back at 5am making a lot of noise and the room is not very soundproof but that was only one night. The room itself needs some TLC.

Great hospitality! Mr. Onur was a very kind and helpful host who assisted us in planning our vacation and was always available when we had questions. We really appreciated his warm welcome and quick responses. An extra bonus is the bathroom; it has great water pressure and consistent hot water, which is a rare find in the Philippines!

On the downside, the property is quite far from the center and difficult to locate as there is no signage. It is not walkable to the town or local amenities; you must walk about 5 minutes to the main road to find a tricycle, which costs around 300 PHP per way, or rent a scooter. The path to the accommodation is unlit at night, which can feel a bit intimidating due to the darkness and various stray animals roaming freely. Inside the room, the beds are semi-double rather than full doubles, making it tight for two people to share comfortably (in the two-bedroom unit, you may have to sleep separately). Additionally, while the air conditioning is effective, it is quite noisy, and we chose not to use the fan as it was very dusty. Lastly, as is common in the Philippines, guests should be comfortable with insects and small reptiles appearing both outside and occasionally inside the room.

Property was in a quiet and safe area, close to the beach. Far enough away from the main town that it was quiet but not too far away for it to be a trek to get to. Superb owner and hosting. Very very friendly and helpful in making sure we had the best time possible in El Nido.
